More About Me
My business, Starfish Social Club, teaches autistic and ADHD kids how to make friends. It started as a side project, but now I earn more than I did as a school administrator (let alone a teacher!).
The best part is how many kids and teens I'm able to reach through my program. It has grown so much that we are starting online classes as well! You can check out my program at www.StarfishSocialClub.org.
Running my own business has given me the time and money to pursue my hobbies and passions. I am a triathlete and am working on my private pilot's license. In 2022 I completed my first full Ironman along with a 1/2 Ironman in Hawaii and in 2023 I'm competing in a 1/2 Ironman in New Zealand and another one in Australia!
Despite the fact that I teach other people how to be social, I spend most of my non-working and non-training time hanging out at home with my cat, Bing. We read a lot of books together. :)
